Informa Markets Town Hall - Hybrid
With the aim of providing current and future outlooks of the company, while providing recognition to areas of progress, we live-stream the Informa Markets Town Hall.
This internal event is typically hosted at their stunning HQ in London, up amongst the skyline of the city. Our compact, powerful equipment allows us to share videos, presentations and occasionally a studio feed from the US both into the physical room and to thousands online. Simultaneously, with the help of three cameras, lapel and handheld microphones, we captured and live-streamed the event featuring live audience Q&A's. Our team of four specialised technicians, including vision mixers, camera and audio operators; maintained high attention to details while confidently and professionally collaborating with the board of Informa Markets, and the rest of their dedicated team.
In June 2023, we assisted COO of Informa Group and the recently appointed CEO of Informa Markets, Patrick Martell.
The Covid-19 era was an incredibly tough period for events. For us and many others, it required a quick and concise transition into the virtual events world. It was not a simple task moving events online, that had long existed as physical forums, to facilitate networking and convey relevant and exciting new insights. We evolved our process and integrated innovative virtual technologies to maintain the best experience possible for organisers, speakers and audiences alike.
Along the way, we constantly adapted and developed new relationships with people we otherwise would have never met. We were fortunate enough to meet the Aviation Week team and had the pleasure of helping them maintain exposure through virtual strategies.
Aviation Week, part of the Informa Group, stands tall as a pioneering authority in aerospace and defense, offering comprehensive insights, analysis, and coverage of the industry. With a legacy spanning over 100 years, it's a premier source for aviation professionals, providing unparalleled content through publications, digital platforms, events, and data solutions. Its deep-rooted expertise encompasses commercial and military aerospace, space exploration, technology advancements, and market trends, serving as an indispensable resource for industry leaders, innovators, and enthusiasts.
Our virtual technicians helped Aviation Week execute their virtual events. We ran tech checks prior to the event, to ensure speakers had the best audio and visual quality possible, while giving them the chance to familiarise themselves with the virtual platforms, so they were 100% comfortable. It was our responsibility to ensure the event ran smoothly and to time, which we managed using communications between the client, moderators and speakers, live.
Applications like 'Slido', enabled us to engage audiences by integrating live-polls and Q&A's, which were shown on the live-stream throughout the event, keeping the audience engaged while giving them a voice.
Stavanger, nestled along Norway's southwestern coast, captivates with its fusion of natural beauty, rich history, and modern charm. Framed by fjords and adorned with 18th-century wooden houses, the city seamlessly blends old-world allure with a vibrant contemporary atmosphere.
The AeroEngines Conference, saw over 100 delegates join Aviation Week at the Radisson Blu Atlantic Hotel, for two days of informative keynotes and panel sessions, featuring important figure heads of the aviation industry.
Alongside them, we facilitated two-way discussions with remote callers while streaming out to an online audience. Our team live-streamed the event event across both days, providing broadcast quality video that was also made available for on-demand viewing for those both at the event and attendees joining from across the globe.
We effortlessly integrated our systems with the on-site audio team, providing crisp audio, slides and video content to the stage, while receiving audio feeds from the microphones in the room to merge the physical with virtual speakers.
Providing similar services to the event in Stavanger, Norway, we assisted the Aviation Week team in live-streaming the panels and deep dives into the current and future prospects in the avaition industry. This time the focus was on the Americas, bringing speakers and delegates from North America and across the world, together.
CEO's, Directors and other board level associates of the leading aviation companies in North America, enjoyed two days of valuable networking with fellow in-person attendees with the benefit of watching the sessions back, on-demand. They also had the benefit using the virtual networking tools to interact with global interests that were unable to travel to Dallas.
Aviation week utilised the power of live-streaming for both virtual and in-person events, to maximise their reach and also enabled them to source speakers from different locations across the globe, to provide an engaging, hybrid event for their attendees.
